You must not share your username or password with any third party. phruby will never contact you to request your password. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact phruby support immediately via live chat.
phruby is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. This Know Your Customer ("KYC") process is a regulatory requirement under the PAGCOR framework and Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.

phruby aims to complete KYC verification within 24–48 hours of receiving complete documentation. Withdrawals will be held pending successful verification. phruby reserves the right to request additional documentation where necessary.

Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your phruby account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day depending on the sending bank. phruby does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed after successful KYC verification. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within approximately 15 minutes of approval. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds are not withdrawable.
phruby reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonuses that are not used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will expire automatically. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from the account without notice.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits phruby's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
phruby collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection and use of your personal data is governed by the phruby Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
By registering with phruby, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement purposes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of phruby shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact phruby support in good faith to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. phruby will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within 10 business days.
phruby reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, phruby will provide reasonable notice via email or a prominent notice on the phruby platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of phruby after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
